It is no secret that this part of the world has an astonishing wealth of nature experiences to offer. Especially the Manu National Park, one of the best protected regions of the Amazon rainforest and the Pantanal in Brasil offer unforgettable experiences in the wild. The management of Q’inti has a history with conservation and love for the wild, much before the company was born. Manu National Park
The Manu Nationalpark is one of the most important biodiversity hotspots on the planet. It covers an incredible area of 15. Million hectares and covers a terrain from 150 - 4200 Meters above sea level. The park is home to more than a 1000 vertebrae species, including 200 hundred species of mammals and more than 800 species of birds and an unrivalled variety plants and trees. Among the most renowned species are the giant otters, the giant armadillo, the jaguar and 13 different species of primates.
Till date the park has been spared by modern development and destruction and remains difficult to access.

Humming birds in the Sacred Valley
Join us in a delightful half day experience with 10 species of Hummingbirds. A small adventure into nature and observation of one of the little flying wonders on this planet. We include a lunch and transfers within the sacred valley into the chirpy experience.

We pick you up in your hotel in sacred valley after breakfast and drive you into a small side valley to our friends hummingbird garden. Over a few years he has cultivated the experience with the right flowers and plants to attract around 10 species of hummingbirds. Its a restful experience within a lovely garden. To top it all we will serve you a yummy picnic lunch.
Return to your hotel at about 4 in the afternoon.

Jaguars of the Pantanal
Jaguars are guaranteed to see on the Meeting-of-the -Water State Park in Mato Grosso. Even though you may just need one day to see a jaguar, every day you will increase your chance to experience incredible jaguar behavior: hunting, swimming, family interactions, and mating. A true spectacle that only happens in this part of the Pantanal. Other wildlife include Giant River Otters, capybaras, Jabiru stork, toucans, Hyacinth macaws and lots of neotropical birds. Condors of Chonta
Condors are the largest flying birds in the World and are therefor found in certain canyons where they take advantage of the rising thermals to help them gain elevation. Chonta lies adjacent to the Apurimac canyon and offers a great opportunity to see these majestic birds. In Inca mythology, condors are considered the inmortal representation of the Upper World.
Paracas National Reserve
Paracas is a National Reserve on the Pacific coast only three hours south of Lima. The cold Humboldt current brings abundant nutrients to create a wildlife rich environment. On a 3 day-two night visit you will enjoy sea lions, pelicans, penguins, flamingos and abundant marine birds life such as the Inka tern and the blue footed boobie. Combine your Paracas visit with the Nasca lines or a stop at the vineyards.

Maned Wolves of Piaui, Brazil
The Maned Wolf is like a red fox on stilts. It lives in the beautiful cerrado of central Brazil. In Piaui a family of former trappers have specialized on show casing (rather than trapping) wildlife. Their extensive knowledge is elemental to allow for a face-to-face encounter with the Maned wolf, nut-cracking monkeys and flocks of Hyacinth macaws.
